Femme Fellowship

We believe strongly in gender equality.

We are an all-women team with over 100 years of shared experience. It is our honor to leverage that experience to empower the next generation of women and underrepresented genders as they emerge into their roles as founders and leaders.

To align our values and actions, we are deeply discounting our services for the Femme Founders Fellowship program. This 6-month fellowship combines both individual and group coaching to provide custom support and community during a pivotal moment of growth and learning as leaders.

FIRST COHORT BEGINS JAN 2025

    • Time Utilization - managing demands at work + "off the clock" labor

    • Personal well-being - physical + emotional needs to power performance

THEMATIC STRUCTURE:

  • 1 hour per month - group session based on a targeted theme

  • Thematic homework each month to prepare for individual coaching

  • 1 hour of individual coaching, focused first on theme of the month
